History:
DAYSPRING MINISTRIES is an international evangelistic media outreach, touching the lives of people around the world with the message of victorious Christian living. It is a ministry that was initiated to proclaim the clear message of personal holy living. Established in 1977, DAYSPRING now enjoys a wide acceptance from a cross section of Christians worldwide.
On the weekends, our 30 minute worship service DAYSPRING, reaches throughout North America and scores of countries around the world. Our goal is to share the Wesleyan dynamic in the media marketplace, giving the "winds a mighty voice." This program features beautiful music, and a powerful message from God’s word.
The radio outreach consistently endeavors to show modern cave dwellers that "…the dayspring from on high hath visited us…to give light to those who sit in darkness." Our objective is to show hurting people that there is a caring God. Teaching holy living and trying to build the character of Christ into the lives of individuals everywhere is what we are all about.
Each day, thousands of people tune into POWER SURGE, our 2 minute upbeat commentary, syndicated on a growing network of radio stations. Taking "holiness to the streets", POWER SURGE appeals to various demographics—commuters, laborers, office workers, and housewives.
Rex Bullock, evangelist and conference speaker, has been the radio voice for over 20 years. Rex is a recognized and respected broadcaster, who is a member of the National Religious Broadcasters. Rex has a passion to take the holiness message and make it relevant to people in the 21st Century.

Rex Bullock is a "people person" – a person who has touched the lives of people in many areas around the world.

Originally from East Texas, Rex has pastored innovative churches in Texas, California, Washington, and Florida. He understands church planting and church growth, because he has been involved in seeing young churches grow and be nurtured. He has also pastored large churches with multiple staff and facilities.
But Rex's heart has been to bring the message of Christ's redeeming and cleansing power to people around the world. For over 30 years he has been in demand for revivals, conferences, pastor's retreats, and area-wide crusade events. At the heart of his evangelistic outreach, Rex is speaker for DAYSPRING, an international weekly radio worship service aired over 200 times each week in various parts of the world. He also hosts a daily radio program - POWER SURGE, heard in numerous areas of North America and Internationally.
At heart, Rex loves people, and he has a passion to bring hope and healing to them. He is committed to seeing people won to Christ and brought into the fullness of God's love. His deepest desire is to see the character of Christ lived out in the lives of those to whom he ministers.
Rex and LaWanda live in St. Petersburg, Florida, and are the proud parents
of two sons, a daughter and four grandsons.
